They go by a variety of names, but are often overlooked in the Bible’s story. These powers and principalities, created by Christ and for Christ, have since rebelled against their vocation and work together with humans to wreak havoc in God’s created order. They’re mysterious forces, hard to nail down and systematize, yet we absolutely must pay attention to their critical role in the narrative of Scripture.
